We use either direct to garment or heat transfer method to print the images unto the garments.
We offer many designs and also accept custom orders with your own images.
All items are made to order and we ship worldwide through local postal service from one of our international warehouses depending on your location.
We unfortunately do not currently ship via courier to countries that do not have regular postal services.

Refunds and Exchanges
- No exchanges or refunds.
- Return shipping fees are at your charge and not refunded.
- Refunds are made on your Afrikrea virtual wallet. You can use the credit to buy another product or transfer the amount to your bank account.
All our products are made to order and personalized. In case an item is out of stock, we remove it quickly from the site.
In case of payment of a product unavailable, you can opt for another item of the collection or we will make a full refund.
Prices are valid only at the date of placing an order. Item prices are subject to change. Only the price displayed on the site at the time of placing the order is valid between the parties. The price displayed includes international shipping costs via postal services.
Your order will be shipped within 14 days after receiving your payment. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon shipment of your order (including the tracking number).
NH Creativ delivers worldwide trough local postal services. We do not currently deliver via courier.
Please consult us before placing your order is outside Europe, America, Oceania to check if we can deliver to your country.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
Our items are printed and made to order. Therefore, they will not be eligible for a refund if you change your mind or select the wrong size.
To avoid disappointment, please consult the size guide for each item and verify that the size ordered matches your measurements (last image of each listing).
Items with a proven manufacturing defect can be exchanged. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Any defective product must be declared within 7 days and proof of the damage must be sent to us by email (photo) before returning the item to the address that we will communicate to you.
The item must be returned in its original condition and not have been worn or tried on to be eligible for an exchange.
Due to the personalization of the items, only defective items will be replaced..

THE PACKAGE IS INDICATED AS "DELIVERED" BUT THE CUSTOMER HAS NOT RECEIVED THEIR ORDER:
NH Creativ does not cover the shipment of a new package.
We rely on the tracking information. If the order tracking indicate "delivered", it won't be possible to raise a claim.
Often, the package will have been left with the caretaker, a neighbor or the customer does not have a standardized box.
If the letterbox is not standardized or the package cannot be left inside (because it contains too many products), the delivery person also leaves it at the post office.
We recommend that the customer goes to the nearest post office with his tracking number and an identity document in order to collect his order.
